If you’re an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist who values clinical autonomy, commercial impact, and access to the latest hearing technology- and you’re open to a 12-month fixed term opportunity that genuinely elevates your day-to-day, this could be a great next step.

This is an opportunity to own a high performing, established clinic in Sedley Place, supported by a strong and loyal customer base, with the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearing care and Sonova behind you.

No firefighting. No compromises. Just the space, tools, and backing to do your best work.

The clinic environment

You’ll work within a modern, well-equipped Boots Hearing care clinic, designed to support high-quality clinical care and confident customer decision-making, including:

  • Access to the latest hearing technology and product innovations
  • Advanced diagnostic assessments
  • Structured diaries allowing time for personalised consultations
  • Strong operational and admin support

Everything is built around enabling you to deliver consistent, high-quality hearing care.

The role

As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist (12-month FTC), you’ll:

  • Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
  • Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearing care, building long-term customer relationships
  • Support customers throughout their complete Hearing care journey
  • Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
  • Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand

Development & future opportunities

While this role is offered on a 12-month fixed term basis, you’ll still benefit from the full support, development, and clinical standards of Boots Hearing care and Sonova.

During the contract, you’ll have access to:

  • Ongoing CPD and clinical development
  • Exposure to new technology and innovation through Sonova
  • The opportunity to demonstrate leadership, performance, and clinical excellence

Strong performance during the FTC may open up opportunities across our wider clinic network

What’s in it for you

  • Monthly bonus scheme
  • 25–30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Boots Discount Card
  • Free hearing aids (if required as an employee)
  • Free flu vaccination (discounted for family members)
  • Flexible Benefits Box – tailor your package
  • Telus wellbeing support – confidential support inside and outside work
  • Long service awards recognising your contribution

What we’re looking for

  • BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
  • HCPC registration
  • 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
  • Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
