Overview
The post holder will be an experienced practitioner, acting within their professional boundaries. They will have skills in history taking, physical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care, as well as nurse prescribing. The post holder will use their knowledge to provide expert, efficient and safe patient care under the supervision of a consultant. They will demonstrate clinical judgement and critical decision-making based on evidence-based practice and will work collaboratively with consultants, Breast Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to meet the urgent care needs of patients.

- Collaborate with consultants, Breast Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to meet urgent care needs.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom or meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route. Applications from visa sponsorship candidates will be considered alongside all other applications.

We seek an innovative and transformational leader to advance nursing within breast services. The role will demonstrate the four pillars of consultant-level practice: expert advanced clinical practice, strategic leadership, learning and improvement, and research and innovation.
The role involves collaborating with the MDT to build capacity and expand nurse-led services to support the breast service strategy for the local population.
