CT Clinical Lead

Overview

This role is suitable for an experienced Senior MRI Radiographer or existing service lead who is ready to step into a clinical lead position. Candidates should demonstrate transferable skills that align with the responsibilities and expectations of this role.

• Manage the day‑to‑day running of the MRI service.
• Oversee rota planning, performance reviews, and site/service meetings.
• Coordinate audit, investigations, and protocol optimisation and management.
• Collaborate closely with the Centre Manager and other team members (Senior Radiographers, Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, HCAs, and administrative staff).
• Support the Alliance Medical Service Manager in maintaining high service standards and CQC compliance.

• Experience as a Senior MRI Radiographer or a proven service lead.
• Previous team leadership or management experience.
• Knowledge of service development and delivery.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care.
