  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the specific needs of each pupil
  • Provide specialist advice and training to education staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure continuity of care and intervention
  • Deliver both group and one-on-one therapy sessions across different learning environments, using evidence-based techniques to support progress
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions, making necessary adjustments to achieve the best outcomes for pupils
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including reports and therapy programmes, to support communication and continuity of care
Requirements:
  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant professional registration
  • Experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and families

  • A supportive and inclusive working environment where you will be valued as part of a passionate team
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career progression
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with special needs and their families
  • A well-resourced school environment equipped with modern facilities to support effective therapy delivery
