Overview
We are happy to consider applications from experienced theatre scrub practitioners with 2+ years of experience scrubbing for the following surgical specialties:
Spinal, Robotic, Reconstructive, General, Gynaecology, Urology, Orthopaedics. Minimum of 2 years' experience scrubbing in theatres. Operating Department Practitioner or Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC/HCPC registration. Strong knowledge of clinical practices. Commitment to continuous professional development. A collaborative team player, willing to support colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment.
We are currently seeking a Theatre Practitioner - Scrub to join our dedicated Theatre Team at The Princess Grace Hospital, rated "Good" by the CQC. Our theatres offer a dynamic and professional environment, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a wide range of surgical specialties.
Responsibilities- Scrub role supporting surgical teams across listed specialties.
- Maintain sterile technique and patient safety throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with nursing and surgical staff to ensure efficient and high-quality care.
- Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement activities.
