Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide essential assistance and support.
Responsibilities- Implement behaviour management strategies to support individuals' emotional and mental well-being.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Support individuals with dementia care needs.
- Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring clients when necessary.
- Previous experience in caregiving or nursing roles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in first aid procedures.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting as required.
- Knowledge of senior care practices and principles.
- Competence in medication administration.
- Familiarity with providing care in nursing home or residential settings.
