Are you an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner looking for flexible, rewarding work? We have out-of-hours home visiting shifts available across North and Central London
, with competitive rates and full support.

• Weekends:
  • 08:00–20:00
  • 20:00–08:00
• Weekdays:
  • 19:00–00:00
  • 20:00–08:00
  • 00:00–08:00

• Conduct urgent home visits for patients requiring assessment and treatment outside normal GP hours.
• Work autonomously, making clinical decisions and prescribing where appropriate.
• Manage a wide range of acute presentations, ensuring safe and effective care.
• Collaborate with local healthcare teams and provide clear documentation.
• Driver provided for all visits – no need to worry about transport.
