As a domiciliary care assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity in daily life. You’ll assist with personal care, medication, mobility, and companionship, ensuring each client receives tailored support based on their needs. This is a field-based role requiring travel between client homes, so a valid UK driving licence is essential.

• Deliver personal care and support to clients in their homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication
• Monitor client wellbeing and report changes to care coordinators
• Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Travel reliably between client locations

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a care worker
• Proficient in English
• Valid UK driving licence
• Must currently reside in the UK
• Passionate about delivering patient-centered care
• Ability to commute or relocate reliably before starting work
• Preferred:
  Experience in home care settings
