This role supports our practitioners in delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments and exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about the aesthetics industry.

• Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience from arrival to departure.
• Support practitioners during treatments (e.g., preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, assisting with procedures).
• Manage appointment bookings, client records, and follow-up communications.
• Provide detailed aftercare instructions and answer basic client queries.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and uphold strict hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory management (ordering, stocking, tracking supplies).
• Support social media and marketing efforts (e.g., taking before/after photos, sharing educational content).

• Previous experience in a clinic, spa, or customer-facing role (aesthetics/medical background preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
