** The Role
** As an Aseptic Key Account Manager, you will manage strategic accounts and drive the adoption of aseptic solutions within hospital settings. This is a specialist role with significant impact on patient safety and offers the opportunity to develop niche expertise in a growing area of healthcare.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Manage and grow accounts for aseptic compounding services across the UK.
* Ensure compliance with NHS standards and internal governance.
* Drive adoption of aseptic solutions in hospitals through education and engagement.
* Collaborate with clinical and procurement teams to deliver tailored solutions.
** What we are looking for:
*** Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* Experience in aseptic services and NHS procurement processes.
* Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent relationship-building skills.
* Ability to influence decision-makers and navigate complex healthcare environments.
* Proven account management and commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
