• Guest Care and Treatments:
  Provide a wide range of spa treatments including massages, beauty treatments, facials, and nail polishing. Retail skin‑care products to guests, accurately complete consultation forms, and maintain high standards in the treatment room following spa standards.
• Guest Requests:
  Handle special requests from guests, including preferences for therapists and treatment methods, and show intuition and empathy, especially when guests are celebrating special occasions.

• Previous experience in a spa – at least 3 years, as a beauty therapist performing a wide range of treatments.
• Qualifications – ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in all beauty treatments and massage including deep‑tissue massage and electrical facial and body treatments.
• Knowledge of treatments, contra‑indications and skincare retail sales is desirable.
• Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.
• Immaculate personal grooming standards.
