We're partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed B2C professional services business with operations across the UK and Europe, looking to hire a Senior Credit Controller to join their central London finance team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced credit professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, complex environment and wants to play a key role in improving processes and supporting the wider finance function. You will also enjoy the support and guidance of a considerate and experienced leader who will ensure progression opportunities are offered and shared equally.

The business has an ambitious growth strategy, multiple offices across Europe, and a complex group structure, so the role offers genuine exposure beyond a traditional credit control position.

• Ownership of a large and varied debtor ledger
• Managing and improving collections processes across multiple entities
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
• Resolving complex queries and improving cash collection performance
• Supporting process improvements within the credit control function

• Proven experience in credit control within a fast-paced environment
• Confidence managing large or complex debtor ledgers
• Previous experience of managing a ticketing system
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and interest in improving processes
