Our client, a leading Top 50 accountancy firm with a strong international reputation, is looking for a salaried Corporate Tax Partner to join their team in the City of London. This firm has invested heavily in profitable client business development, service diversification, and market-leading technology, ensuring their team delivers outstanding client service.

As a Corporate Tax Partner, you will:

• Provide 100% advisory-focused corporate tax services to a range of UK and international clients.
• Work closely with owner-managed businesses, advising on exit planning, remuneration strategies, share schemes, and corporate restructuring.
• Lead M&A transactions, private equity taxation matters, and international group structuring projects.
• Develop new business opportunities, including preparing proposals and identifying innovative tax solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, taking a hands-on approach to managing tax affairs.
• Collaborate with the firm’s leadership team, contributing to strategic growth and service expansion.
• Mentor and develop staff, ensuring high standards of technical excellence and client service.

About You – The Ideal Candidate

• CTA qualified with 9+ years’ corporate tax experience in a Top 100 accountancy firm or perhaps a Boutique Tax environment.
• Proven ability to manage a large, varied, and complex client portfolio.
• Expertise in M&A, international group structuring, and private equity taxation.
• Excellent business development and networking skills, with a track record of winning new business.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and onboarding new clients.
• Currently at Senior Manager, Director, or Partner level.
