The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, curating and delivering a high‑quality global programme of round tables and policy discussions for senior policymakers and market participants. EMP convenes central banks, multilateral financial institutions, finance ministries, regulators, commercial banks, investors and advisers for candid, off‑the‑record dialogue on the most pressing economic and financial challenges of the day.

Amid heightened economic uncertainty and geopolitical tension, the ability to design relevant, timely and well‑structured discussions is more important than ever. You will play a central role in shaping the intellectual direction of EMP’s meetings programme — identifying themes, crafting agendas, securing high‑level speakers and ensuring each event delivers meaningful policy insight and engagement.

Many alumni from this role have gone on to positions in central banks, government institutions and major financial organisations.
