We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Corporate Tax Professional to elevate their career. This is with a highly profitable independent firm in London. You can have a level of autonomy and freedom that can sometimes be hard to match with large firms.

As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, your journey will be divided between compliance and advisory. You will manage a portfolio of large entity/group compliance cases, with a direct reporting line to a Tax Partner or Client Partner. Your expertise in preparing tax computations, tax returns, accounts disclosures, and deferred tax calculations will be invaluable. While your clients will be primarily owner-managed SMEs and groups, you’ll also handle UK entities within large international conglomerates.

You’ll be conducting meticulous research and delivering insightful tax advice, undergoing reviews by Partners to ensure our clients receive nothing but excellence. Your advisory realm will stretch from reorganizations, demergers, and disposals, including SSE, to intricate terrains of transfer pricing, financing, and cross-border transactions.
