This role offers a salary of up to £45,000 plus bonus, with hybrid working for 3 days in the office. Candidates should have a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services and experience in paraplanning or adviser support. Strong communication and commercial awareness are essential, along with motivation to progress into advising.
