Overview
of coaching and developing teams. Acting for clients across a range of industries including consumer, technology, financial services and PE backed entities, you will build effective relationships with Partners and Directors to lead as a trusted advisor to a wealth of clients. You ll make an impact by:
- Leading the delivery of accounting and financial reporting services on a portfolio of clients, whilst working alongside other service lines and reporting to the Client Relationship Partners on matters of additional advisory and client care.
- Actively participating in business development, working with the Partner Group on business plans and participating in targeting and lead generation.
- Managing the working capital of projects, including budgeting, cost management, billing and debt recoverability.
- Managing relevant AFR teams performance, ensuring appropriate objectives set and development plans in place for junior members.
We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here s what we re looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with experience in managing a portfolio of clients.
- Complex UK GAAP reporting including group reorganisations and consolidations.
- An in-depth working knowledge of IFRS reporting and the impact of the Periodic Review 2024 in UK GAAP.
- Passion for business development and building relationships with both internal and external contacts.
- Experience as a Line Manager with advanced coaching and development skills.
- Proven ability to quickly build rapport with client principals and colleagues.
