• Oversee smooth settlement of stock loan trades by monitoring new loans, returns, collateral, and critical broker recalls
• Partner with traders to foster collaboration, operational excellence, and strategic goals
• Manage corporate actions by reconciling mandatory ones and executing voluntary actions with counter parties
• Resolve operational issues, drive process improvements, and build stakeholder relationships
• Support ad hoc trading requests, daily operations, controls, and operational enhancements
• Act as SME for fund/investment ops; analyze data, lead improvements, document procedures, and resolve complex issues
• Maintain partner communications, ensure risk compliance, and handle special projects

• Proven experience in securities lending operations, collateral management, and processing corporate actions
• Solid financial services background
• Hands-on experience in trade support, handling stock loan cycles, reconciliations, and ad hoc trader requests
• Proven track record managing end-to-end stock loan processes
