Overview
As a Business Manager in the Fund Accounting & Administration team, you play a pivotal role in supporting product management and driving business performance. You will partner with teams across Product Management, Sales, and Business Control to deliver insights and solutions that help us achieve our goals. Together, we focus on operational excellence, strategic planning, and effective governance. You will have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and develop your expertise in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Support business budget process in partnership with Product Control and Planning & Analysis
- Develop ad-hoc analytics to inform cost, risk, capital usage, pricing, and growth decisions
- Provide timely and accurate variance analysis and risk assessments to budget
- Support in-depth product reviews and strategic deep-dives
- Prepare and deliver monthly business reviews and management reports
- Generate and track key performance indicators aligned with business priorities
- Report on headcount and analyze workforce trends
- Contribute to global and regional governance forums with regular updates
- Provide financial data for regulatory requests and product meetings with regulators
- Manage resiliency planning across multiple products and locations
- Coordinate cross-line-of-business projects for EMEA regions
- Experience in financial services with a strong track record in finance
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively within a global business environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Close attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-location team
- Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Experience in a Business Management role
- Progress toward a professional finance qualification
- Experience with intelligent solutions such as Tableau or Alteryx
- Ability to collaborate across lines of business and build a strong network of functional partners
