Senior Tax Manager

Location - London (Hybrid)

Salary - Up to £90,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join their international team. This permanent role offers the chance to shape tax strategy, support major global projects, and improve tax processes across a complex organisation.

What You'll Do

Provide tax advice on bids, transactions, and cross‑border structuring
Manage key tax risks (PE, WHT, VAT)
Support M&A, reorganisations, and new market entries
Oversee local tax compliance and monitor global tax changes (incl. Pillar
2)
Manage WHT obligations and review uncertain tax positions
Improve tax processes, systems, and data quality
Work closely with internal teams and external advisors
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery

What We're Looking For

Qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA / CPA
Strong international tax and advisory experience
Background in process improvement
Knowledge of GST/VAT (advantageous)
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement
Confident managing projects and explaining complex tax issues
Resilient, adaptable, and able to influence senior stakeholders
