We have a great opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join our ever-growing team in the city. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international client accounts along with running and issuing statements, chasing debt and managing overdue balances. The role also involves

• Handling funding, unmatched cash and cash allocation queries
• Investigating and resolving aged debt/issues
• Working closely with premium processing teams
• Handling various legacy related issues through to resolution
• Taking full ownership of your allocated accounts and resolving issues proactively

• Extensive experience working within an insurance IBA Team
• Demonstrable client side IBA experience - not finance/cashiering
• Strong understanding of Client Account Handling, Debt chasing, Unmatched Cash resolution, Funding processes and IBA ledger reconciliation
• Understanding of Marine business
• Ability to calculate premiums from slip/endorsements
• Brokasure Desktop (Preferred)
• Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding or development support
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
