Junior OneStream System Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior One Stream System Administrator to join a global finance technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

You’ll be part of the One Stream Support function, providing day-to-day administration, support, and development, while working closely with Finance stakeholders across the business.

• Support month-end, half-year, and year-end close processes in One Stream.
• Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop cube views, dashboards, and reporting for Finance users.
• Maintain user security and administer transformation rules.
• Provide user support via Service Now, including incident and problem resolution.
• Support the chart of accounts maintenance and global allocations.

• Previous experience supporting One Stream (essential).
• Good understanding of financial close and reporting processes.
• Strong MS Excel skills; basic SQL desirable.
• Familiarity with Service Now, Git, or JIRA is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and train users.
