Risk Manager/Analyst, Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance
Support the Portfolio Management team in monitoring aviation transactions and assisting with credit and administrative tasks. The role will involve learning core aspects of portfolio management, risk monitoring, and client servicing under close guidance from senior team members.
Responsibilities- Prepare semi‑annual/annual reviews of aviation facilities, including data gathering and analysis (e.g., LTV calculations, loan summaries, asset details).
- Process waiver/client requests by coordinating with internal teams and following established procedures.
- Monitor loan covenants and update internal systems with accurate data.
- Handle admin tasks related to credit facilities, such as account opening and KYC documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in internal monitoring systems for loans and collateral.
- Collaborate with senior team members on refinancing, restructuring, and amendments of transactions.
- Participate in ad‑hoc projects and reporting exercises as assigned.
- Work closely with colleagues in Credit, Origination, and Operations to ensure smooth communication and timely escalation of issues.
- Develop an understanding of Facility Agent, Security Trustee, and Account Bank responsibilities through shadowing and training.
- Build knowledge of aviation finance and structured lending through on‑the‑job learning and formal training.
- Strong interest in aviation finance and willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn financial modelling.
- Basic understanding of banking products and processes (training will be provided).
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Degree level or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field or relevant work experience.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical and industry knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proactive and motivated approach with willingness to take guidance.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Calm and structured approach under pressure.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
