Trinity Finance is expanding and we’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Mortgage & Protection Administrator to join our fast-growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in financial services administration – or looking to build a long-term career in the industry – to work alongside high-performing advisers and develop in a supportive, professional environment.
The RoleReporting to the Administration Manager, you will provide full administrative support across mortgages, protection and general insurance cases from submission to completion.
You will be responsible for:
Mortgage Processing- Managing mortgage applications from submission through to legal completion
- Ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors and clients to progress cases
- Maintaining detailed compliance case notes
- Submitting protection applications through to policy acceptance
- Liaising with clients, providers and medical professionals
- Ensuring policies match client requirements and compliance standards
