This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Financial Adviser or Wealth Manager to join a fast-growing, owner-managed wealth management and private office with offices in Oxfordshire and London
.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team with a clear route to develop into a lead adviser and potential equity partner in the future.

• Deliver the full range of wealth management advice, including investments, pensions, insurance, financial planning, and cash flow modelling.
• Work closely with the CEO and Founder to support and transition client relationships within the firm’s £130m+ client book.
• Focus on servicing and developing existing clients, while also contributing to new business opportunities.
• Gain exposure to OCIO and investment consultancy work as your experience grows.

• CII Level 4 (Diploma) qualified or working towards Level 6.
• Experience advising HNW clients and a desire to build long‑term relationships.
• At least 2 years in a regulated advisory role (CF30 or equivalent).
• High quality client service skills
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• A proactive, driven individual eager to develop and grow

• Hybrid working available (up to two days a week after probation).
