Senior Binder Technician

I am working on behalf of a global Reinsurance Broker seeking a Senior Binder Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight and administration of delegated authority and binder arrangements, ensuring full compliance with company, regulatory, and market standards.

Manage the lifecycle of binder and delegated authority agreements, including setup, renewals, endorsements, and terminations.

Perform detailed reviews of bordereaux, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Liaise with brokers, coverholders, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships.

Monitor and assess cover holder performance, escalating issues where required.

Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting across the delegated authority portfolio.

Contribute to process improvements and best-practice initiatives within the operations team.

Strong experience in binder or delegated authority operations within the reinsurance or London market.

Solid understanding of bordereaux processing, regulatory requirements, and market systems.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
