Venator Search are exclusively partnered with a Private Equity backed and market leading Financial Services Broker who are in search for a talented FP&A Manager to assist them in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a core operating business line. This role plays a key part in improving financial performance and supporting senior stakeholders with high-quality insight to drive decision‑making.

You will partner closely with business leaders, delivering clear analysis, robust forecasting, and meaningful management reporting, while ensuring financial processes and controls meet internal and regulatory standards.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial finance support and insight across the business
• Deliver timely, high-quality management reporting, analysis, and finance packs with clear commentary
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Challenge business performance and support initiatives to improve financial outcomes
• Build financial models to support strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and growth projects
• Support continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and systems

• Qualified accountant, ideally trained within a Big Four or similar professional services environment
• Currently operating in a comparable FP&A or commercial finance role
• Experience working within a large, complex or blue‑chip organisation preferred
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
