• Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Have a number of years of experience in a management accounting role手机官网, enjoying setting up policies and procedures for subsidiaries.
• Be able to work within an international business and have exposure to foreign–currency environments.
• Possess a strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Be a confident communicator who can influence non‑finance stakeholders.

• Preparing accurate and timely management accounts for a growing subsidiary, providing full financial support to its management team and setting up policy and procedure to ensure the accountancy function runs smoothly.
• Managing the financial aspects of the capital expenditure process for the client’s main molasses marketing business.
• Delivering insightful monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash‑flow).
• Delivering post‑investment appraisals to evaluate returns and lessons learned.
• Helping leadership understand performance drivers and growth opportunities and building strong relationships across the business and wider group.
• Actively managing working capital, debtors and cash‑flow visibility.
• Monitoring foreign‑exchange exposure and opening FX positions.
• Ensuring strong governance, compliance and internal financial controls.
• Supporting VAT reporting and statutory‑audit processes.
• Building capital‑expenditure models to support investment decisions.
• Tracking project performance against budget and milestones.
