We are seeking an accomplished Wealth Manager to join a dynamic, owner‑managed wealth management and private office firm operating across Oxfordshire and London
. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in a rapidly expanding business with a strong entrepreneurial culture and a clear path to equity participation.

The Role

You will deliver the full breadth of wealth management and financial planning services to an established and growing client base. This includes:

• Providing the full spectrum of wealth management and financial planning advice to the firm’s clients, including investment, pension, insurance, and cash flow planning.
• Taking on a lead adviser role for a significant portion of the firm’s £130m+ client portfolio
  , working closely with the CEO and Founder to transition and deepen client relationships.
• Focusing primarily on servicing, advising, and expanding opportunities within the existing client base, with additional new client introductions from the senior leadership team.
• From the outset, having the freedom to introduce your own clients
  , benefiting directly from the commercial outcomes of your business origination.
• Splitting your time between our Oxfordshire and London offices
  , with regular client and business development meetings in the surrounding regions.
• Exposing yourself to the firm’s OCIO / Investment Consultancy work as you develop within the role.

You’ll divide your time between the Oxfordshire office, London, and client sites. Flexible hybrid working is available up to two days per week following probation.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience advising HNW and UHNW clients (£2m–£30m+ AUM)
• A track record of originating and growing a client book
• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness, entrepreneurial mindset, and team spirit

This position offers a competitive basic salary of £80,000–£100,000
