One of our longest standing clients has had a record year in 2025, with its highest increase in year‑on‑year revenue growth since they were formed over 10 years ago. We have worked closely with this firm since its inception, initially placing the current MD there, then helping them to build their team. The business has grown organically and as a result of this year’s achievements, they are now looking for a number of new staff to join their close‑knit team.

They are a multi‑award winning firm of Chartered Financial Advisers, offering the full range of financial advice to their clients and family members, this includes wills, trusts and estate planning. They work within the high net worth to ultra‑high net worth space and have gained an excellent reputation for non‑jargon based advice to clients and they are market leaders within the inter‑generational space.

They are now looking for a junior Paraplanner that wants a clearly structured career path, that they can train up to take over a senior Financial Advisers client bank at a point in the future. This is a very rare opportunity for a someone that has gained circa 18 months of Paraplanning experience that ultimately wants to become an Adviser.
