A leading European property group is looking for a Property Management Accountant to join its finance team for a 12‑month FTC on an immediate basis. You will work at the intersection of finance and operations to support the performance of their multiple UK sites.
Responsibilities- Preparing month end and financial reports ensuring accuracy.
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Translating financial data into actionable insights.
- Improving financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified.
- Experience in the property industry.
- Retail sector background is beneficial.
- Management accountant experience.
