Worth Recruiting are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join a leading independent estate agency in Hounslow, West London
.

This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key financial role within a successful and respected property company, ensuring the seamless operation of the accounts and bookkeeping functions.

• Managing the day-to-day bookkeeping and full accounts processes.
• Supporting the financial management of the business, including budgeting and reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance with financial reporting and accounting standards.
• Liaising effectively with Directors, Managers, Clients, and Suppliers.
• Supporting financial decision-making through accurate reporting.
• Overseeing lettings and property-related financial records where applicable.

• ACCA or similar accountancy qualification (preferred).
• Proven background in bookkeeping and office accounts.
• Previous experience in property/estate agency accounting is advantageous.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
• Confident working independently and within a busy team.
• Local knowledge of Hounslow or nearby areas is a plus.

• £40,000 per annum salary.
