• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant financial data to key stakeholders.
• Manage all phases of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and department budgets.
• Calculate and distribute wages and salaries.
• Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
• Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management.
• Ensure correct taxation is applied on all billing software.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager position brings accounting experience along with proficiency in accounting principles and practices. • Previous experience in a multi-site environment, ideally with property or hospitality.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel.

• Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
