An exciting role has arisen for a Finance Manager in London. This role provides an excellent platform to utilise your financial expertise within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and relevant financial data to key stakeholders, and managing all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Responsibilities- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant financial data to key stakeholders.
- Manage all phases of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and department budgets.
- Calculate and distribute wages and salaries.
- Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
- Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management.
- Ensure correct taxation is applied on all billing software.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager position brings accounting experience along with proficiency in accounting principles and practices. Strong interpersonal skills are important to build positive relationships with stakeholders. You are adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with leadership abilities and knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Previous experience in a multi-site environment, ideally with property or hospitality.
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility in changing business conditions.
- Leadership abilities with team management experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
