Senior Bordereaux Reporting Consultant

Overview

We're supporting a London Market specialist insurance client in identifying a reliable, detail-focused operations professional to take ownership of complex bordereaux reporting tasks.

You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for incoming contracts and related premium data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

• Receiving and reviewing incoming contracts and supporting documentation, ensuring all details are accurately captured and processed.
• Working closely with Compliance to review contract terms and documentation, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Managing and resolving queries or issues raised by underwriters and brokers, maintaining strong communication and professional relationships.
• Tracking the status of complex bordereaux submissions, ensuring timely receipt and processing.
• Performing reconciliations between written risks and cash premiums, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Supporting internal reporting and data validation processes to ensure completeness and accuracy across all records.

• Proven experience working with bordereaux reporting in an insurance or MGA environment
• Previous experience using VIPR Intrali in a working capacity
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, reconciliation logic)
• Confidence working with policy admin systems
• Methodical, detail-oriented and highly self-sufficient
• Able to deliver accurate work to fixed quarterly deadlines
