Overview
Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services - EA & Support. Based in London. We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant with a background in Finance, Professional Services, and EA & Support.
Responsibilities- Lead recruitment engagements within Finance, Professional Services, and EA & Support sectors.
- Contribute to market growth plans in Europe / Germany in alignment with the growth strategy.
- Build and maintain client relationships; travel to meet clients as required in this niche market.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive culture and support a scalable business model.
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant with a background in Finance, Professional Services, and EA & Support.
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients as part of the role.
- Leadership potential and a professional, EQ-driven approach to work.
- Based in London or able to operate effectively in a hybrid environment (central London location, hybrid WFH).
- Competitive base salary (base from 30,000 - 50,000, negotiable depending on calibre, approach and experience).
