Management Accountant

£45,000 - £55,000 | London | Hybrid working | Housing Association

Looking to qualify (or newly qualified) and want a straightforward, well‑rounded Management Accountant role.

• A clear, well‑defined Management Accountant role
• Excellent exposure to budget holders and operational teams
• A supportive finance team with study support (if finalist)

• Experience with in the housing / not‑for‑profit sector, highly regarded across finance

• Produce monthly management accounts and variance commentary
• Support budget setting and routine forecasting
• Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
• Work with budget holders to help them understand their numbers
• Assist with year‑end processes and external audit queries
• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes

• Part‑qualified (finalist) or newly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Experience producing management accounts or month‑end reporting
• Comfortable working with non‑finance stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
