Reportingdirectlytothe Headof Group Reporting ,thisroleoffersbroadexposureacrossthegroup’sinvestmentportfolioandtheopportunitytoworkcloselywithteamsthroughoutthebusiness.

It’sadynamic,varied position—idealforsomeonelookingtomakearealimpactacrossbothfinancialandoperationalareas.

Thebusinesshasbeenactiveonboththeacquisitionanddisposalfront,andastheymoveintothenewyearwitharefreshedgrowthstrategy,they’relookingtofurtherexpandtheirportfoliointothehospitalityandresidentialsectorsaspartoftheirlong-termvalue-creation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivermonthlyconsolidatedfinancials,including

P&L,balancesheetandcashflow,withclearvarianceanalysis.
Preparequarterlyandannualstatutoryreportingpacks,supportingtheyear-endauditprocess.
Manageintercompanyreconciliationsandconsolidationjournals,ensuringaccuracyacrossallentities.
Support budgeting,forecastingandad-hocfinancialanalysisforseniorleadership.
Improveandstreamlinegroupreportingprocesses,systemsandcontrols.

Candidate Requirements:

Aqualifiedaccountant(ACA/CA preferred).
Experienceintheproductionofstatutoryaccounts,includingcomplexconsolidations.
UKGAAP/FRS
102experience.

Experience with

USGAAPandIFRSdesirable.
Excellentcommunicationskillsandteamworking.
Abilitytoworktotightdeadlineswhilstmaintainingahighlevelofaccuracy.
Excellentattentiontodetail.

Package Details:

£60-70,000(DOE).
