Role Overview
Leading Big 4 consultancy in London is now looking for an accomplished Senior Manager to join our thriving Asset and Wealth Management team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Target Operating Model Design (TOM) initiatives.
- Drive complex Business Change programmes within Financial Services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Front, Middle and Back Office.
- Deliver transformation work streams and manage large scale projects.
- Consulting / advisory experience within Financial Services.
- Experience with Asset & Wealth Management firms (very beneficial).
- Project / Programme Management or Workstream Lead for complex transformation projects within financial services.
- Target Operating Model design and implementation experience.
- Full Asset Management value chain (Front, Middle and Back Office) knowledge (beneficial).
- Middle Office Outsourcing programme experience (beneficial).
- Private Markets platforms experience (eFront, Mercatus, Yardi, MRI, etc.) (beneficial).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Base salary £80,000 to £110,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
