Group Tax Manager

The Group Tax Manager will play a pivotal role in the company’s tax reporting and compliance functions, working closely with international teams and contributing to impactful projects, including M&A activity and tax advisory work.

• Lead group tax reporting, including quarterly and year-end processes.
• Prepare tax notes, disclosures, and reconciliations in line with IAS 12.
• Consolidate data from local entities and finance teams.
• Partner with international finance teams to support tax filings and payments.
• Manage tax audits across African jurisdictions in collaboration with local teams and external advisors.
• Support transfer pricing documentation, M&A activity, and general tax advisory work.

• Strong technical expertise in tax reporting and compliance.
• Proficiency in IAS 12 and group consolidations.
• Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and cultures.
• Collaborative and proactive attitude.
• Experience managing tax audits and working with external advisors.
• Desirable:
  Willingness to travel to Africa.
