As we grow, we are looking for a director‑level Advisor to lead and shape our UK operations.
Whatwill you do?
- Lead and manage a client base, developing and maintaining existing client relationships while generating new client business.
- Consistently lead interactions with wealth advice, ensuring a full understanding of clients’ financial goals, personal goals and ambitions.
- Operate with a growth mindset, managing a new business target and contributing to the achievement of the group business plan, vision and strategy.
- Articulate the full breadth of the RBC proposition (investment, lending, cash and trust solutions) to clients and prospects, working across the broader wealth management team to enhance client experience and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Ensure clients are referred internally to the ‘home of best fit’ and take clients through as much of the advice journey as possible before involving other specialist colleagues.
- Lead and manage teams, providing guidance, coaching and mentorship to ensure professional growth and the delivery of exceptional services.
- Drive performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, individual development conversations and planning.
- Level 6 CISI or CII (Level 4 considered with extensive experience).
- Significant experience within a wealth management role.
- Proven relationship‑management skills, with the ability to understand client needs, articulate solutions and earn the client’s trust.
- Extensive knowledge of business sectors, current developments, market trends and financial products and services.
- Acts as a role model and demonstrates a high degree of capacity to drive positive behaviours in team members and colleagues.
