About Zego

At Zego, we understand that traditional motor insurance holds good drivers back. It's too complicated, too expensive, and it doesn't reflect how well you actually drive. Since 2016, we have been on a mission to change that by offering the lowest priced insurance for good drivers.
From van drivers and gig workers to everyday car drivers, our customers are the driving force behind everything we do. We've sold tens of millions of policies and raised over $200 million in funding and picked up numerous awards, including the Employer of The Year 2025 as awarded at The Insurance Post's Awards and we’re only just getting started.

Purpose of the role

We’re looking for a Group Risk Associate to join Zego’s growing Risk team and play a key role in strengthening our enterprise-wide risk management framework. In this role, you’ll help drive a consistent and proportionate approach to managing risk across both Zego and our Gibraltar-based insurer. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll support the implementation of our Group Risk Strategy, ensuring that robust governance, clear accountability, and sound decision-making underpin how we operate as a business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2–5 years’ experience in risk within financial services, ideally insurance, who is looking to develop their expertise within a fast‑moving, tech‑driven insurance company. You’ll have a genuine impact on how Zego identifies, assesses, and manages risk as we continue to scale responsibly and innovate in the insurance space.
