Finance Manager - High Growth Fintech / SaaS Start-Up

Pearse Professionals are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s most exciting fintech businesses to secure a Finance Manager to join their growing finance function.

Having attracted investment from some of the most reputable Venture Capital firms in Europe, they are in a period of sustained growth as they provide key intelligence and analytics to financial institutions.

Working closely with and reporting directly to a seasoned fintech focussed Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be a key figure in the team, leading on many aspects of finance including financial reporting and management accounting, FP&A and long-term strategic planning.

Manage daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and global payroll.

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and variance analysis with insightful commentary.

Partner with business units to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Oversee cash flow management and treasury activities.

Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements across multiple jurisdictions, liaising with auditors and advisors.

Maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial governance frameworks.

Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency.

Support the Finance Director with financial planning and key strategic initiatives.

Extensive ad-hoc projects to support the growth of the business

Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)

Experience in a high growth tech environment (preferred)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in across Finance
