Intercompany and Treasury Accountant – Foster + Partners

We are now seeking a newly qualified or 2–3 years PQE Intercompany and Treasury Accountant to join our Finance team and support the operations of a truly international group, overseeing 67 bank accounts across 19 countries
.

Responsibilities

Intercompany Accounting

  • Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions across the global group.
  • Review transfer pricing adjustments and support related documentation.
  • Assist with month‑end, year‑end, financial statements and audit queries.
  • Support tax requirements including transfer pricing files, CbCr and Pillar II.

Cashflow & Treasury Administration

  • Review daily cash reports and maintain weekly/monthly cash‑flow forecasts.
  • Manage banking administration: account openings/closures, mandates, KYC and platform access.
  • Maintain accurate banking records, support audits and ensure internal control compliance.
  • Prepare bank guarantee documents and debt drawdown/rollover instructions.

Monthly Accounting & Reporting

  • Support monthly accounting and management reporting processes.
  • Assist with finance team deliverables during closing cycles.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and ad‑hoc finance tasks.
Qualifications
  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of financial systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work both independently and within a team.
  • International tax knowledge (desirable).
