We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to join our Finance team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations.

As Finance Assistant, you will support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will help maintain financial records, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist in month-end reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and a passion for learning and growing in hospitality finance.

• Process invoices, payments, and expenses in line with company policies.
• Support in preparing reconciliations and assisting with month-end close.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
• Assist in producing financial reports for management.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries.
• Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data.

• Previous finance or accounting experience (hospitality experience advantageous but not essential).
• Strong numerical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of financial systems is a plus.
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
