Overview
Banking Senior Associate — 5+ PQE and UK qualification required. An exciting opportunity at a prestigious International Law Firm in London. You will manage a diverse caseload and support Partners on larger matters, focusing on banking & finance transactions with an emphasis on real estate finance and structured finance.
Responsibilities- Handle a range of banking & finance transactions
- Provide support to Partners on larger matters
- Work with LMA style loan documentation
- Manage a diverse caseload with attention to detail and regulatory/commercial considerations
- 5+ PQE in banking law and UK qualification
- Strong track record in banking law
- Comfort with LMA style loan documentation
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with flexible schedule
