Key Responsibilities- Assist Client Relationship Officers (CROs) with banking and client administration: transfers, payments, FX, deposits, and securities transactions.
- Follow up with clients on pending issues and escalate to the CRO as needed.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, offshore entities) to complete annual reviews and onboarding documents.
- Where authorised by the Fitness & Propriety Certificate, promote and arrange banking and investment products.
- Prepare supporting documentation for periodic reviews and onboarding submissions.
- Process credit applications and new loan approvals through to drawdown.
- Perform research requests from the CRO.
- Serve as the contact for the team across other bank departments (troubleshooting, requests).
- Comply with the Code of Conduct and all internal regulations (e.g., Cross Border, AML, Clear Desk Policy, Absence Management).
- 3‑5 years of demonstrable experience in private banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of private banking processes and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS).
- Proficiency in standard IT systems and quick learning of new software.
- IAD Level 4 required.
- Greek language mandatory.
