Our opening period has been unexpectedly busy, and we’re now looking for a talented, ambitious Finance Supervisor who brings sharp attention to detail, a calm and reliable approach, and a knack for keeping things running financially.

• Supervise the overall functions of Income Audit, ensuring accurate daily Revenue Report reviews, including POS and PMS systems.
• Supervise the Accounts Payable function in the accurate and efficient processing of all invoices for goods received/bought. Monitoring and maintaining Birch Street system.
• Supervise the day‑to‑day functions of the Finance Office (including General Cashier and Accounts Receivable, excepting Payroll), supporting the Finance Assistant where appropriate.
• Responsible for ensuring that all queries are dealt with by the Finance / Accounting office in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the Bank Reconciliation is completed and that daily receipts and payments are reviewed.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with month‑end and year‑end tasks. Responsible for the accurate processing of financials into the accounting system and weekly and monthly reporting.
• Work closely with Heads of Department to ensure operational processes are followed and aligned with internal financial procedures. Assisting with internal training and meetings as required.
• Support the Director of Finance in any other functions as required.

• Previous experience in a similar role in a fast‑paced environment is essential.
• Previous experience working within a self‑accounting hotel is desirable.
• Knowledge of PMS and POS as well as a P2P purchasing platform like Birch Street is highly desirable.
• A team player with a solutions‑focused mindset.
• A strong eye for detail and confident using digital systems.
