• Leading financial modelling and analysis for contract tenders.
• Partnering with commercial and operational teams to develop competitive bids.
• Providing scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments.
• Monitoring contract performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
• Preparing business cases and investment appraisals for key initiatives.
• Managing and developing a direct report.
• Driving improvements in financial processes and reporting.
• Acting as a trusted finance business partner across the organisation.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills (advanced Excel).
• Experience in contract tendering, bids, or project finance.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Leadership skills and experience developing people.
