As a Senior Associate focusing on the Studio Experience, you'll be at the heart of our live studio. You ll work on the front lines to deliver a world-class experience for our members and guests, acting as the ultimate brand ambassador and a key driver of the high-energy studio environment. As a Senior Associate focusing on the Studio Experience, you ll be at the heart of our live studio. You ll work on the front lines to deliver a world-class experience for our members and guests, acting as the ultimate brand ambassador and a key driver of the high-energy studio environment. We re looking for someone who is passionate about creating magical moments and building a vibrant community, all while ensuring the studio runs smoothly.

• Member Experience & Hospitality: You ll be the go-to person for all members and guests, providing exceptional service from the moment they arrive. You ll manage class bookings, assist with account questions, and lead check-ins. You will also organize and host group bookings and provide behind-the-scenes tours for VIPs and other key guests. Your role is crucial in creating "surprise and delight" moments, celebrating milestones and making every visit unforgettable.
• Operational & Administrative Support: You ll ensure the studio s daily operations are seamless. This includes managing our reservation system, coordinating with the production team on class changes, and handling general administrative tasks like logs and trackers. You ll also support various studio activations and special events to keep the energy high.
• Brand & Community Expertise: You ll be an expert on all things Peloton, from brand history to product knowledge and upcoming promotions. You ll act as a problem-solver, consistently looking for creative ways to improve the member experience and sharing your ideas with leadership.

• Experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a bonus for experience in health, fitness or guest services.
• An outgoing, friendly, reliable and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a "can-do" attitude.
• The ability to work independently, taking initiative without constant direction.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, holidays –
  weekend availability in line with the business need
