Bragg’s Indigo Magic studio is seeking a visionary Studio Director to lead the creation of innovative, high-quality slot games that captivate players worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a studio’s creative and operational strategy, guiding a passionate team and unlocking their full potential.

You will join a multicultural, collaborative, and flexible environment where knowledge is openly shared, fostering creativity, growth, and excellence. While our studio primarily operates remotely, we are looking for candidates based within ±2 hours CET. The role can also be hybrid, with the option to work from our offices in Ljubljana or London.

• Partner with commercial team and group stakeholders to understand regional market product dynamics and shape game product strategies to maximize value and performance.
• Define and execute the studio’s creative and strategic vision, delivering games that are both innovative and commercially successful, while aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Oversee the full production cycle of slot games, from initial concept and mathematical design to launch, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams, including designers, artists, mathematicians, producers, and sound designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Manage and shape a diverse, profitable game portfolio with a focus on key European markets, supported by clear goals, performance metrics, and strong execution discipline.
• Establish and continuously refine studio processes to improve efficiency, quality, and time-to-market, implementing project management methodologies where needed.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, player preferences, and the competitive landscape, introducing innovative mechanics, features, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, software development, QA, compliance, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration and successful market launches.
• Act as the primary liaison between the studio and senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on studio performance, project status, and strategic initiatives, and translating strategic objectives into actionable development plans.
• Manage financial and operational aspects of the studio, including budget oversight, resource allocation, and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with external vendors and outsourcing partners (art, math, sound, or testing), ensuring all third-party deliverables meet group’s standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory guidelines, and intellectual property protection, including trademarks.
• Maintain hands-on knowledge of game production, supporting teams directly when needed and addressing artistic, technical, or production challenges quickly to ensure portfolio success.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in casino game production and/or design.
• Expertise in slot games, mathematical design, and on-trend mechanics across multiple regulated markets.
• Strong understanding of European and USA iGaming markets, particularly the UK.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end game development process, from planning and asset production to market launch.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in scheduling, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
